Lorna Bishop

Founder, Accredited Play Therapist

  • Founder, Accredited Play Therapist and Creative Clinical Supervisor in training.

    Lorna Bishop is an Accredited Play Therapist and Creative Clinical Supervisor in training, with over 11 years of experience working with children and families. After completing a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies in 2013, Lorna’s work as an Early Years Practitioner and Special Needs Assistant highlighted the need for better mental health support for children. This inspired her to become a Play Therapist in 2018.

    In July 2020, during the pandemic, Lorna founded Find Your Space Play Therapy to provide essential support for children’s mental health. She is passionate about using play to help children express themselves, process emotions, and build resilience. Lorna is grateful to the families who have trusted her with their children’s care and is committed to offering compassionate, child-centered therapy.

    At Find Your Space Play Therapy, Lorna values the importance of connection and building trusting relationships with families.

Nicole Hyland

Accredited Play Therapist

  • Accredited Play Therapist

    Nicole Hyland is an experienced play therapist with a talent for connecting with children and helping them better empower and inspire themselves through appropriate resources.

    Nicole holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Play Therapy from NUI Galway, a Bachelor of Arts in Early Years and Childhood Studies from University College Cork, and Diplomas in Supervision from Childcare and Montessori Teaching.

    Drawing on a background in Early Education and Special Needs and over 16 years of experience working with children, Nicole employs play-based techniques to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can express themselves and find healing. Passionate about empowering young minds, Nicole believes in the power of play to uncover insights, foster resilience, and promote overall well-being.

Eimear McEneaney

Occupational Therapist

  • Occupational Therapist

    Eimear McEneaney is an Occupational Therapist with years of experience dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. Eimear has worked in a variety of settings, including physical rehabilitation, residential care, and mental health services, where she has supported children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and sensory processing challenges.

    Eimear works closely with children and their families to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Using a child-centred and collaborative approach, she ensures that therapy is engaging, fun, and tailored to each child’s individual needs.

    Committed to ongoing professional development, Eimear stays updated with the latest therapeutic approaches to provide the highest quality care for the children she works with.
